Sunrise Sound Bath by Nerve-Ana

Samantha from Nerve-Ana will be hosting a free 1-hour sound bath session from 6:00am-7:00am in the soccer field at The Kemper Center.

Indulge in the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls and surrounding nature.
