Reiki, Meditation & Connection Ceremony

Join Reiki Master Nancy for this beautiful opportunity to relax and unwind while you are led through breath work and a soothing guided meditation followed by Reiki healing to balance your body, mind, and spirit. Reiki is an energy healing modality using gentle touch to balance and restore life force energy in the body. We will end with a sharing circle and cacao ceremony, a spiritual ritual to connect, heal, and set intentions.
