2025 Chino Valley Cowboy Challenge & EXCA Racing

Chino Valley Cowboy Challenge (Jackpot)
Saturday 1:00pm Open Registration 2:00 pm Walk Thru & Go Order
Divisions: In Hand (Open), Senior (55+), Adult (18-54), Youth (17 & under),
Riders are judged on a 6-10 obstacle course at a walk, trot, and lope (except In Hand). Each obstacle is worth 10 points with an additional horsemanship score. A tie breaker goes to a pre-selected obstacle.
Extreme Cowboy Association Sanctioned Race (Double Point World Qualifier)
Saturday Divisions: Give It A Try, Young Guns, Green Horse, Novice.
1:00pm Open Registration, Walk Thru & Go Order Following Cowboy Challenge
Sunday Divisions: Mustang, Mule, Youth, Intermediate, Non-Pro, Ride Smart, Pro, Open (Jackpot).
8:00am Open Registration, 9:00am Walk Thru & Go Order.
DOUBLE POINT Qualifiers. Riders are timed and judged in an arena obstacle course; each obstacle is worth 10 points with additional time bonus and horsemanship points. Riders may enter up to 3 horses with an additional entry form for each.
Winners are awarded 1st-6th place ribbons & 1st place prizes. Jackpot divisions are a 50% payout with a 5-rider minimum! Jackpot divisions are a 50% payout with a 5-rider minimum!
Registration:
First to enter, last to go! Riders must be pre-registered and prepaid by the start of the race. Riders must be current EXCA members (except the Chino Valley Cowboy Challenge, Give It A Try, Mustang & Mule divisions). Riders must sign all liability releases and present current membership cards at check in. Dress code is enforced.

Chino Valley Equestrian Park members enjoy discounted registration for Saturday and Sunday events. Information about CVEP membership is available at www.cvequestrianpark.org.
Overnight stalls and camping available.
Deadline for pre-registration is 30 days prior to each event. All late or day of entries will be charged a service fee.
