Join us for an evening under the stars dining on the grounds of the birthplace of the modern-day organic farm movement in America.
This summer, Rodale Institute is excited to host four organic, seasonally themed farm-to-table dinners on our historic Founders Farm in Allentown, Pennsylvania. Each dining experience is designed to coincide with the beginning and end of summer. Immerse yourself in the foods, flavors, smells, and sights of the seasons.
Dinner will be served al fresco in the heart of our 40-acre farm. Organic vegetables and proteins will be harvested from our very own regenerative organic farm and prepared by prominent local chefs.
