Minnesota Roots with Nora Murphy

Nora Murphy, author of “White Birch, Red Hawthorn,” explores her identity as a Minnesotan by retracing her Irish ancestors' footsteps and grappling with the region’s troubled past of Native land removal. Murphy discusses the importance of sharing stories that have been overlooked or silenced.
