The Maine Dance Academy’s 2025-26 Registration and Audition Day!

It is time to register for The Maine Dance Academy’s 32nd season of dance, tumbling and pointe/classical ballet. We will be accepting dancers age 2 through their senior year in High School, tumblers 3 years of age through their senior year in High School as well as ballet dancers age 5 through their senior year in High School. All ballet dancers must also be enrolled in a dance class. New dance students who are 5 years or older will need to audition on August 14th. You will be able to see these exact times when you register online. NEW tumblers do not need to audition, they will be placed by age and during the first 2 weeks of tumbling, they will be moved to the appropriate class by their skills. TMDA teaches a wide variety of dance; hip-hop, jazz, ballet, pointe ballet, lyrical, tap, Celtic modern. Our instructors for dance have years of training in all areas of dance and are very dedicated to giving our students the best dance education in the area. Our tumbling coaches are uniquely qualified in the proper technique of every aspect of tumbling. We are a performance academy and our yearly recital is an all out production that includes artistically designed sets, beautiful costuming, lighting and sound and masterfully performed choreography. Our season will begin the week of September 15, 2025 and our year end recital will be May 8, 9 and 10, 2026. We hope you will join us this fall for a year of fun, friendships and artistry.
