Schedule and Dates:
Thursday, October 23, 2025
- 6:30-9:00 PM Required Rehearsal at Calvary

Friday, October 24, 2025
- 9:00-11:00 AM Required Rehearsal at MBU
- 11:00-12:00 Lunch Break (provided)
- 2:30-5:00 PM Required Tech Rehearsal at Calvary
- 5:00-6:30 PM Break for supper (not provided) and concert prep
- 6:30 PM Call Time
- 7:00 PM Concert

Alumni Participating Must:
- purchase a $15 vocal score
- rehearse on their own
- register and pay $25 registration fee (includes Friday lunch)
- attend required rehearsals and concert on October 23-24

Notes:
- We may need to restrict participation based on choir section balance. Slots will be held with a paid registration. We will confirm participation based on a first-registered, first-confirmed basis.
- We may have select openings for orchestra players.
