Educator Workshops - Sharks in Depth

We welcome all teachers to discover how truly amazing sharks are. The Sharks workshop takes a look into shark anatomy, behavior, and more. Teachers will learn new ways to implement shark activities, demos, and curriculum in the classroom. With a guided tour through our Aquarium, a viewing of a 3D movie, and an opportunity to go behind the scenes on our shark exhibits, teachers are bound to leave with a new take on sharks. During the Sharks in Depth workshop, lesson plan examples will feature a combination of grade levels creating an adaptable workshop for teachers of all K-12 ages.

*This workshop takes place from 12-4pm, includes a guided Aquarium tour, behind the scenes, and 3D movie. 1-2 weeks prior to the workshop, those signed up will receive a welcome email with the workshop location and day-of information.
