πŸŽ‰ Workout Wednesdays are back! Join Westfield Parks & Recreation for morning and evening workout sessions presented by The Yoga Studio and Jazzercise.

πŸ§˜β€β™‚οΈ About the class: The Yoga Studio will be offering Slow Flow, their most popular class, which is set to softer music and develops strength and flexibility through a slower, more guided pace. Traditional and teacher-created Sun Salutations' A and B are repeated several times to give students an opportunity to memorize the postures, tap into the breath and free-flow through the sequences to find one’s individual flow state. After this period of time, class will then be fully guided which will include Sun Salutation C, core strengtheners, back bends, longer holding postures and Yin to balance out the practice. From beginners to advanced students, Slow Flow is opened to anyone willing to explore yoga’s fullest potential.

🎟 The program cost is $5 per person, per session. Participants may register any time up until 15 minutes prior to the event start time.

🌱 Program participants should meet at the playground area adjacent to S. Union Street. Limited parking may be found near and around the park. The free public parking lot located at 327 Park Street is highly recommended and is a short walk via Park Street or the Central Midland Trail.
