Forest Bathing is a gentle 2-hour walk in which the guide offers a sequence of activities or invitations to help participants slow down, release stressful mind chatter, be more present and deepen their connections to the natural world. Inspired by the Japanese practice of shinrin yoku, Forest Bathing has been scientifically proven to boost immune strength, reduce stress, improve cognitive functioning, increase creativity, and offer an opportunity to deepen our relationship with the natural world.

As the walk begins, you will be guided on a tranquil stroll through the forest at a slow pace. You will be invited to participate in gentle activities designed to engage your senses as you tune into the sounds, smells, sights and textures of nature around you. There will be times when we gather together to share
what we are noticing and stand witness to others. The walk will conclude with a tea ceremony before returning to your day.
