Get a jump start on Hispanic heritage month with a can’t-miss performance led by Houston Symphony Music Director Juraj Valčuha as he makes his inaugural Miller Outdoor Theatre debut.

The full Houston Symphony performs lively, dance-inspired pieces, including Revueltas’s Dances from Estancia and Ginastera’s Sensemayá. Then, Leonard Bernstein’s beloved West Side Story takes center stage, complete with all its rhythmic flair. Finally, Ravel’s sultry and ever-popular Boléro caps off the evening in this celebration of music and community.

The Houston Symphony offers world-class performances year round at its home in Jones Hall, spanning genres like Classical, swing, classic rock, films with live orchestra, and everything in between.

The Houston Symphony’s mission is to inspire and engage a large and diverse audience in Houston and beyond through exceptional musical performances and to create enduring impact in our community.
