Join us for the 4th Annual Seize the Day: Amer's Epilepsy Trail Run. A competitive 5K and 10K timed race and a 1 Mile Fun Walk/Run.

Help us raise awareness about epilepsy. All proceeds support EPI's epilepsy programs and services.

Location: Mendon Ponds Park (near Canfield Rd. & Douglas Rd.)
Cost: 5K/10K – $35; One-Mile: $10

Walkers and hikers are welcome for all races.
Dogs on leash are permitted.
