Spend the weekend at Candlewood Lake.
Come join us Saturday 8/9 for a slow cruise around Candlewood lake. A few stops we will be making, cliff jump, 'if its still up' will also be a rope swing, as well as a few beaches to just hang, and lunch stop. Feel free to bring snacks drinks and fuel. We will be heading over to Down The Hatch for a late lunch. Some of us will be staying the night at QUALITY INN AND SUITES , located in Danbury CT, 'approx 15 mins from the ramp, where they have an indoor pool and they dont really bother us after hours so if we behave were good to stay late. Followed by a short ride sunday before heading home. There is fuel on the lake i'm almost certain. Either way if you have a can, bring a can, it could never hurt to have. π΄Please note you will need to purchase an AIS stamp to ride this lake!!! π΄
https://portal.ct.gov/deep / follow instructions to purchase an AIS STAMP for $7.. They sometimes inspect your skis at the ramp, make sure all your equipment and registration, boating safety permit are all in order. And make sure your ski is clean.
