XPERT Essential Science of Heels V2

LK Pole Dance & Fitness Studio is hosting XPert Master trainer Jakub aka The Pole Wizard for the XPERT course: The Essential Science of Heels V2. This is one of Xpert's most popular trainings, which has been developed by experienced pole heels experts in the industry. The training will focus on teaching the fundamentals required to elevate and master all heel techniques, including heel work, pole technique, floor work, and safe and effective practice. The course will also cover ankle conditioning, heel analysis, safety & aesthetics, and a comprehensive library of pole and floor moves. The training will take place on June 28-29, 2025, at LK Pole Dance & Fitness Studio in Donegal, Republic of Ireland.
