Stronger together: Strengthen your back, glutes, and hamstrings to improve posture and reduce strains, while sharing encouragement and progress with your community.
Protect your body: Practice proper lifting and carrying techniques that protect your pelvic floor, with the support of others navigating the same recovery process.
Fluid and functional movement: Explore fun, functional exercises to strengthen your hips and move with confidence, all while building friendships and a network of support.
Program Goals: This is a movement-based, community-driven course designed to support moms through all stages of pregnancy and postpartum recovery. Each week, you’ll work out alongside other moms, practicing practical movements that fit seamlessly into your daily life. Together, we’ll build strength, flexibility, and confidence, helping you feel empowered in your body and supported by your peers.
