Final 2025 Football, Cheer & Dance Sign Up

This will be the final sign up event for the upcoming 2025 Buffaloes Youth Football, Cheer and Dance season! This registration event will be held at the Georgetown Park. This will also be uniform and equipment fitting for all football players, cheerleaders and dancers.
Our program is open to: Youth Ages 4-14 (up to 8th grade during the 2025-2026 season) that live in the Georgetown-Ridge Farm and Chrisman school districts. Football players must be 5 by September 1st. Cheerleaders & Dancers must be 4 by September 1st.
Fees:
Baby Buffs Cheer & Dance - $40+ $40 competition fee
$75 for all football players
$75 for all cheerleaders and dancers (other than Baby Buffs) + $50 competition fee
* $5 discount applies for each additional family member from the same household (excluding baby buffs and competition fees.)
All first-year players must turn in a copy of their birth certificate.
All participants require new sports physicals annually. We will have a medical professional on site to perform sports physicals for $25 per child.
