RYA Dinghy Sailing Course

This 16-hour course over 2 days is aimed at sailors of all ages, and any/no ability, from complete novices to those who have sailed in the past and want to refresh. The course will target gaining RYA’s Level 1 or Level 2 Dinghy Sailing Certificate(s), depending on ability. Participants will be taught by RYA-accredited Dinghy Instructors. Course cost is £150 for adults and £100 for under 18s – however, due to the kind support of Brenig Wind Ltd, a 50% discount on these fees will apply for participants who live within 15km of the Brenig windfarm. The fee includes free use of wet suits, flotation jackets and helmets. And to help you progress with your sailing after the course, you will be given 3 months free membership of Llyn Brenig Sailing Club which includes free use of our training boats and equipment.
