This Sunday morning session is all about slowing down and giving yourself the gift of rest. We’ll begin with gentle limbering movements to ease into the body, then move into soft yoga sequences, mindful breathing (pranayama), and guided relaxation to promote calm and balance.
It’s a peaceful, nurturing session designed for all bodies—chairs are available if getting down to the floor or sitting cross-legged isn’t for you. Lycra is absolutely optional, and beginners are warmly welcome, as are those with some yoga experience.
The session lasts 3 hours and costs £28.
