Get ready to tee off for a great cause! ⛳️ HHSC Kaua‘i Region is thrilled to host its first annual golf tournament on Saturday, June 28, 2025, at the beautiful Puakea Golf Course. Enjoy a day filled with on-course games, lucky drawings, awesome prizes, and ‘ono food—plus a chance to talk story and connect with the community.

Your $160 entry fee includes green and cart fees, a breakfast bento, snacks, a goodie bag, and access to our banquet buffet with live entertainment at Puakea Grill.

• Three (3) Player Team-Full Scramble with
maximum of 2 putts per hole
• Minimum 3 drives per player
• Max Handicap: Men 24 Women 36
• Team Handicap-20% of Teams’ total
• Long Drive Contest-Male & Female
• Pre-Tourney Putting Contest
