What is meditation?
We all know yoga & meditation go hand in hand but how many of us are truly taking the time for our meditation practices?
Join Emma for this informative Masterclass where she will read teachings from Osho to explain what meditation really is.
We will spend the first part of the class easing out so when we arrive to our meditation posture we feel comfortable. Due if this time in yin yoga poses Emma will read from Osho’s teachings of how he articulates meditation & explains it in a way that’s easier to understand.
Remembering that meditation is a state of being- not a doing. As Emma talks about this concept you’ll become familiar with the understanding that is ancient practice IS already a part of you. We just need to sit & return to it.
We will then begin with breath work- pranayama to settle our nervous systems before introducing a walking meditation to ground us.
Finally, enjoy being guided to your meditation either sat with props or against a wall as we spend 20 minutes in vipasana meditation. This will be in complete silence so you can truly ascend to the deeper levels of meditation & fully immerse yourself into it.
Finishing with a savasana as you lay down and enjoy Emma’s voice guiding you to rest.
