9:00am Marshal briefing takes place
9:15am Marshals heading up hill & into position

9:45am Race Briefing
10.00am β 12.15pm Practice
12.15pm β 12.45pm Lunch
12:45pm Sweeper opens course
12:50pm All Girls (U15, U19, Masters, Open)
1.05pm Under 15s race run
1:30pm Under 19s race run
1.55pm Masters 40+ race run
2.05pm Open 19-39 race run
2.15pm Sweeper closes course
2.30pm Prizegiving in the village commences

Categories are based on one's age as of 31st December 2025.
The minimum age is 13 years old based on one's age as of 31st December 2025.

Registration:
Registration will close at 5pm on Friday the 18th of July.
Each event is limited to 145 competitors, so get in quickly!
Protection Policy:
Please familiarise yourself with the MTB NZ Protection Policy.
Full face helmets and knee pads are mandatory for all competitors.
Marshals Needed:
Good events require great people.
We're looking for race marshals to help out on race days.
Marshals recieve a FREE lunch and also a Day Riding Pass.
Day Passes can be used whenever a marshal wishes to redeem them.
