Sioux County Fair Bacon Buddies Swine Show

WHO:
Bacon Buddies gives individuals with disabilities the opportunity to take a pig into the showring. Itβs an amazing experience for all β¦ the Buddies, the 4-H & FFA mentors who assist the Buddies, and their families and friends. Each participant will be paired with 1 youth mentor and a tame pig. The pig shown belongs to the mentor and is taken care of daily. The pigs are well loved and comfortable with people.
WHAT:
Bacon Buddies participants will have the opportunity to experience showing a pig. The judge will assess how the mentors, participants, and pig work together as a cohesive unit. All participants will receive a ribbon, t-shirt, and meal.
