Choose from three exhilarating trail races through the stunning landscapes of Ku-Ring-Gai Chase and Garigal National Parks and Manly Dam

SUM 30: 30 km with 975 m elevation gain.
SUM 50: 50 km with 1,587 m elevation gain.
SUM 80: 81 km with 2,125 m elevation gain.

All races start at St Ives Showground
