Settle into the evening with Whisky Tastings led by the esteemed Master of Whiskies, Tony Hercus with three Whiskys which will change weekly.
They will be paired with a number of traditional Scottish dishes that will make your tastebuds sing!
Haggis Bon Bons: A Scottish Delight β Crispy golden bites of haggis, served with a smooth whisky-infused mustard dip.
Highland CanapΓ©: Tattie Scone, Crowdie & Smoked Salmon β A delicate bite of traditional potato scone topped with creamy crowdie cheese and rich smoked Scottish salmon.
Black Pudding, Scallops & Bacon: A Perfect Trio β Seared scallops paired with crisp black pudding and smoky bacon, finished with a rich butter sauce.
Chicken Balmoral:A Highland Favourite β Succulent chicken breast stuffed with haggis, wrapped in crispy bacon, and served with a smooth whisky cream sauce.
