About the Instructor
I begin making pies several years ago when I lived in the remote Canadian wilderness on 300 acres in the Kawartha Lakes region. At the time I worked at the Woodview General Store and Post office, the one and only store around, where I also sold my pies! Our land was abundant with wild berries, which I hand-picked for my pies. In the early 90’s I moved to Northern Michigan and continued making pies, first as a hobby and then as a business! I continue to do private orders, pie weddings and pie classes to this day!
