This retreat combines the calming, grounding practices of gentle yoga with the transformative power of Equine-Assisted Learning (EAL). Together, these modalities create a deep sense of relaxation, awareness, and personal insight.
🧘‍♀️ Yoga for Relaxation & Reconnection
You’ll be guided through accessible yoga sessions that focus on nervous system regulation, breathwork, and mindful movement. These sessions are designed to quiet the mind and bring you into deeper alignment with your physical and emotional self—no prior yoga experience necessary.
🐴 Equine-Assisted Learning (EAL)
Horses offer honest, non-verbal feedback that can help us better understand our inner world. Through facilitated, on-the-ground interactions with our horses, you’ll explore how your energy, emotions, and body language impact your relationships and experiences. These sessions are not about riding—but about feeling, noticing, and learning through presence.
