Darlington RnB Club presents: UK British Blues Award winner and 4 time European Blues Awards nominee Bex Marshall.
Using her Fender steel-top resonator guitar, her unique style of guitar playing is a combined technique of slide, blues rock, ragtime and roots pickin’, and has been critically praised, particularly the use of the slide guitar which has been compared to Bonnie Raitt.
Bex is particularly keen on regular live performances, saying "If you have a good record then you should make sure you give it a good walk" and is the the only woman invited to play at the Cork International Guitar Festival.
With Bonnie Raitt, Janis Joplin and Tina Turner being just a few of her many influences, that this is a lady NOT too be missed!
