Training Aim:
This 3 hour self-care and mental wellbeing level 2 workshop is designed to provide participants with additional knowledge, skills and resources to enhance their self-care and mental wellbeing by gaining a deeper understanding of the mind and body connection.
Learning Outcomes:
Through the completion of this workshop, participants will be able to:
Build on the strategies and understandings from Self-Care and Mental Wellbeing Level 1. Revise and update their personalised self-care and mental wellbeing plan. Use Polyvagal Theory to identify strategies to reduce stress in daily life. Explore reframing to improve mental wellbeing.

You must have completed Self-Care and Mental Wellbeing Level 1 within the last two years to enrol. When booking, please provide your completion date, which must be at least two weeks before this course.
