A 7 mile circular race starting in Launceston Town Square, with a fantastic finish in the Castle Grounds Launceston which begins at 10am.
Registration takes place beforehand in the Town Hall.
The first mile heads down hill out of the town and onto undulating rural roads. The first water station is approximately 3.5 miles, adjacent to Tregadillett Primary School after a half mile climb to the village. After leaving the village at 4 miles, the last 3 miles are mainly downhill with the second water station at 5.5 miles where a fantastic finish line in the grounds of Launceston Castle awaits you.
Cakes and hot drinks will be available in the Town Hall before and after the race.
There are toilets in the Town Hall, Multi-Storey car-park, and in the Castle Grounds.
There is a Bag drop off point details to be confirmed.
