Elemental Group Taranaki Science & Technology Fair 2025

From 28-30 July 2025, students from all over Taranaki will showcase their surprising discoveries and innovative ideas at New Plymouth Boys High School during a three day competition.

Monday 28 July:
- 12:00pm-4:30pm: Setting up students' projects in Ryder Hall, NPBHS

Tuesday 29 July:
- 8:00am-9:15 am: Setting up students' projects in Ryder Hall, NPBHS

- 9:00am-11:00am: Robotics – registration and competition at Fookes Pavilion, NPBHS

- 12.30pm-2.30pm: Water Rockets – registration at Highlands Intermediate and competition on the field

- 9:00am-1:30pm: Judging of projects

- 4:00pm-6.00pm: Exhibition open to public in Ryder Hall, NPBHS

Wednesday 30 July:
- 9:00am-4.30pm: Exhibition open to schools and public in Ryder Hall, NPBHS

- 11.30am-1.00pm: Year 10 Quiz at FDMC

- 11.30am-1.00pm: Year 7/8 Quiz at Highlands Intermediate Hall

- 6:30pm-8.30pm: Prize Giving in Ryder Hall, NPBHS
