Held in the heart of Cedar Rapids, Harmony Festival features local sound healers, musicians, yoga instructors, and mental health practitioners to facilitate soul-nourishing healing on all levels.

Harmony Festival is an inclusive, curated experience of whole self wellbeing. With intentionality, we bring together yoga, sound healing, meditation, self-care & community to integrate all aspects of ourselves for deep healing.
