This conference will explore the ethical, legal, and philosophical challenges posed by brain-computer interfaces, neurotechnologies, and Artificial Intelligence as they reshape our understanding of mind and cognition.

These transformative innovations have started blurring the lines between human and machine, bringing to the fore new questions about mental autonomy, mental privacy, legal personhood, human rights, and the moral and legal status of AI-powered minds.

Bringing together experts from philosophy, cognitive science, law, sociology, and related fields, the conference seeks to explore pathways for ethical and equitable solutions in a rapidly evolving cognitive and technological landscape.
