Join us for a day filled with excitement at Cauldeen’s Carnival & Colour Run! We’re looking for traders, entertainers, and prize donations to help make this event unforgettable!
📅 Date - 28th June 2025
⏰ Time - 12pm - 4pm (12pm -1pm Quiet Hour)
🌈 Colour Run - 3pm - Warm-Up - 3.30pm - Colour Run
📍 Location - Cauldeen Primary School
🌈 Colour Run - Get ready to be showered in colour as you run, walk, or dance your way through our fun-filled course! Open to all ages! Registration from 12.00pm - 2.30pm on the day. £5.00 Entry includes a Medal - all participants will be required to sign a safety waiver. All participants will be required to wear eye protection such as safety googles, swimming googles, etc. No-one will be allowed entry onto the course without this. We recommend wearing a light coloured T-shirt. Children under 6 MUST have adult supervision at all times during the Colour Run.

TRADER INFORMATION & PRICING -
Indoor Table - £15 per table plus raffle prize donation.
Outdoor Gazebo Pitch (3m x 3m) - £15 + a raffle prize donation.
Larger Outdoor Pitch (exceeding 3m x 3m) - £30
Traders can choose between an indoor or outdoor setup.
Outdoor Traders -
MUST provide their own gazebo, weights, and table(s).
If your pitch exceeds the standard 3m x 3m gazebo size, the pitch fee will be £30.
Indoor Traders -
If you require additional tables, each extra table costs £15.

✔ Number of tables required (for indoor traders)
✔ Gazebo size (for outdoor traders)
⚠️ Public Liability Insurance -
All traders must have their own Public Liability Insurance. A copy must be submitted to Cauldeen Primary School Parent Council before your booking is confirmed. If you do not have Public Liability Insurance - you will be asked to sign our waiver on the day and this will cover you through our insurance.
ENTERTAINMENT - Singers, musicians, and performers welcome! We’ll provide tea, coffee, and plenty of treats.
This is a fantastic opportunity for local businesses and performers to showcase their talents while supporting our school. All proceeds go towards enhancing play and learning experiences for the children at Cauldeen Primary.
