Full Moon Rise Breath + Movement on the Beach w/Meagan

A gentle practice honoring the energy of the full moon; breath + movement. Settle into your breath and invite in gentle shifts of the body; notice and be. Most practices conclude with Singing Sound Bowls. Stay after for a dip in the lake! Please note the park gates close at 10p.

Location at the Petoskey State Park to the right of the beach building nestled in the sand dunes. A Michigan State Park pass required for all driving into the park.
