Community Day

This annual community-wide celebration is hosted at the Colby Museum on campus in late July. Free and for all ages, the museum brings local partner organizations, businesses, community groups, and artists in for a day of art making, games, tours, music, performances, and food. Each year this event draws more than eight hundred neighbors and attendees from across Maine and New England.

SCHEDULE
10:30 a.m.–noon | Story time in the gallery
meet in the lobby at 10:30 a.m., 11 a.m., and 11:30 a.m.

11am–3 p.m. | Children’s Discovery Museum

Noon–4 p.m. | Community partner tabling & activities, food vendors

12:30–3:30 p.m. | Live music (Kafari)

1–3:30 p.m. | Curator tours, meet in the lobby
