- External and Internal hoof relationships
- Evaluating hoof health/ Evaluating Lameness / Reading the hoof capsule
- Hoof grooming lecture
- Trimming tool discussion/demo
- Hoof grooming practice (cadavers)

- Set-up trim lecture
- Set-up trim demo
- Hoof pathologies and how to address them
- Trimming practice (cadavers)
**** Day 3 LECTURE & CADAVER DAY

- How teeth affect feet review/questions
- Navicular
- Laminitis/Founder
- Trimming practice (cadavers)
**** Day 4 TRIMMING DAY

9AM-4PM
- Assessing your horse, mapping, formulating a plan
- Trimming your horse's hooves
COST:
$400 = Day 1 only
$600 = Days 1-2
$800 = Days 1-3
$1000 = Days 1-4
Stalls are available for boarding your horse if you need. Please call our host Shelley at 506-467-1207.
Please bring your own food, snacks, beverages and lawn chair.
Bring any trimming tools you may already have - hoof knife, hoof stand, rasp, nippers, etc. If you don't have tools, we will have some for sale at the clinic or you can get them from our website here: https://www.hoofgeeks.ca/shop/trimming-tools.
