Join Us for a day of Hope and Support at a Cancer Benefit for Jackie Vande Berg.
Jackie’s world was rocked in September 2024 when a nagging cough could not be cured with a simple doctor visit. Jackie underwent intense chemo and radiation following a lung cancer diagnosis with a softball size growth to tackle. Jackie rang the bell on Monday December 9th, at the end of treatment in hopes the treatment had done its job and began immunotherapy in early 2025. New symptoms sent Jackie to urgent care on April 1st starting her on another battle, cancer is now present in her brain.
We ask for you to open your heart and wallet to benefit Jackie. Her stubborn and determined attitude may have pushed her through these last six months, but now it’s time to put our “busy” lives aside to focus on the meaning of community, family, and friendship, and help push her through the next leg of her journey.
The day will feature:
✔️Investment opportunities through 50/50, square purchases, and paddles for prizes.
✔️A silent auction with exciting items donated by generous supporters.
✔️Bake sale
✔️Food 11-4 pm or until gone
✔️Drinks (to help open your heart)
✔️Music by Tom Winkers 1 - 4 pm
✔️Basket Raffles
Every dollar raised during this event will go directly to Jackie. Together, we can bring hope, strength, and healing to her. Let’s unite as a community and show the power of compassion. We hope to see you there whether for 5 minutes or 5 hours!
