The 20th International Conference on Waste Management and Technology

To summarize the achievements of the “14th Five-Year Plan” period on the construction of "Zero-Waste Cities", promote the goals of the “15th Five-Year Plan,” implement China's "Dual Carbon" strategy, deepen efforts to combat pollution, and improve solid waste management, the ICWMT20 was initiated and hosted by the Basel Convention Regional Centre for Asia and the Pacific, will be held from July 5 to July 8, 2025.
As one of the most significant academic and technical exchange events in the global solid waste management field, ICWMT has been successfully held for nineteen consecutive sessions. ICWMT20 will feature plenary sessions, 50 sub-conferences, technical tours, and company exhibitions. We warmly invite experts and scholars worldwide to submit their papers and participate in the event. The conference has set a series of key submission themes, aimed at providing new technologies, methods, and ideas to support the national "Dual Carbon" strategy and the "Zero-Waste City" initiative.
