HV Hikers: "Otty" (difficult)

“Otty” is a 4 mile difficult hike along Scott Creek Trail, up through Valley View neighborhood, and across William Otty Drive. Paved trials and sidewalks for most of the hike. Significant elevation changes. Stroller and dog friendly.
