2nd Ulster to Towanda River Float

This is the 2nd year we gonna get this going, and this year I want to make this even bigger and more organized!!! I'm going to try and plan out other surprises to be had like last years drink & food promotions!!
Floating down from the Ulster Boat ramp to the Towanda boat ramp!! Bring your own tube or tubes and tie up with friends for drinks, relaxing, music, food, and some shenanigans!!!
