This workshop will introduce and put into practice the Eight Limbs of classical Yoga according to Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras, which form the structural framework for yoga practice and represent a complete and practical philosophy for living a purposeful life.
It will include:
an exploration of the Eight Limbs of Yoga
a Sivananda-style hatha yoga practice, throughout which Richard will encourage you direct your awareness inward, helping you use the physical asana to enter a conscious and meditative state, stimulating both body and mind, and leaving you feeling calm, energized and spiritually inspired.
a tratka meditation practice; and
an extended yoga nidra relaxation.

This workshop is suitable for all levels, from absolute beginners to seasoned yogis
