We are excited to announce the Waikato-Tainui, Mokopuna Ora National Conference 2025 being held 14-16 October at Mystery Creek, Waikato, Aotearoa.
This hui is dedicated to the wellbeing of our mokopuna and whaanau, championing indigenous ways of care and protection, and upholding Mana Motuhake. Maa te Maaori – moo te katoa.
Please note that this national conference is intended for indigenous groups involved with or operating within the care and protection/Mokopuna Ora space.
We warmly invite you to please join us for three days of waananga, koorero, and connection; a space where we will share whakaaro and explore solutions.
Our conference highlights include:
14 October: Poowhiri and whakawhanaungatanga
15–16 October: Keynote speakers, workshops, and the sharing of indigenous models of care; sparking transformation and bold thinking.
