Through our collection of photos, records, and artifacts, we will peel away the layers of local lore and dive into what we know about each topic.

July 15 – Gerry Spiess and Yankee Girl
Gerry Spiess defied the odds and traveled across the Atlantic in a 10-foot plywood sailboat in 1979 and then the Pacific in 1981. Take a deeper dive with us and view the digitalized vintage films "Loney Voyage" and "Greatest Journey," both productions of Jason Davis, former Channel 5 reporter of Spiess' journeys.
