- Welcoming ceremony with smudging and chakra cleansing with Solfeggio frequencies.
- Dinner.
- Full moon ceremony to renew, revitalise and recharge your energy.

Saturday: A Day of Exploration
- Start with sonic yoga to awaken your body and spirit.
- Breakfast.
- Free time for personal sessions or reflection.
- Group soul retrieval session using hypnotherapy and the gentle resonance of sound to answer the who am I question.
- Lunch
- Nature walk leading into an EFT workshop for emotional
release.
- Free Time.
- Dinner.
- Evening drumming by the bonfire, a sound journey, and
intention setting under the stars.

Sunday: Reflection and Farewell
- Sonic yoga to greet the day.
- Journalling and reflection.
- Concluding with a nourishing brunch before departing
