Sneeze with ease, improve your posture, and exercise with confidence.

This workshop is for you if:
✅ You are looking to get pregnant and want to make sure your body is ready.
✅ You’ve had your baby and are experiencing leaking when you sneeze, cough, or jump.
✅ You are experiencing incontinence regardless of having a baby or not.
✅ You have chronic constipation and/or the need to urinate constantly throughout the day and night.

Virtual Attendance Available

In this workshop we will cover what constitutes a healthy pelvic floor, assess tightness or weakness, and introduce targeted breathwork and postural corrections to support a functionally fit pelvic floor. You will learn more about your particular challenge or goal and walk away with exercises you can do daily to correct your issue and support your pelvic floor health.
