Prerequisites:
USA Powerlifting Club Coach for 1 or more years.
Current USA Powerlifting member.
Coached/Handled at least 1 lifter at a USA Powerlifting Meet.
Available for 1 session during Raw Nationals to shadow a Senior Coach.
Course includes:
Basic human anatomy and physiology
Biomechanical aspects of human movement
Exercise descriptions and movement performance
Rules of performance (squat, bench press, deadlift)
A basic review of USA Powerlifting Rules
Methodology, principles, and theories of meet preparation and strength training
Evaluation of performance
