meth. — a Chicago-based band that blends elements of screamo, noise, and dissonant metal, will perform in Belgrade on 2 August in KC Grad.
meth. was signed to Prosthetic Records and has toured with Chat Pile, Frail Body, and Gel, has a few scheduled appearances at festivals this year, including ArcTanGent in the UK.
Their latest album SHAME is heavy in a way that unsettles and overwhelms, in a similar manner to the music of Primitive Man or Full Of Hell.
The album explores themes of guilt, trauma, and self-destruction, and meth. manages to channel pain into sound in a way that will make you feel itchy and give you goosebumps.
