Wilderness First Aid Training in Western Pennsylvania

Wilderness First Aid is a two-day introduction to general medical concepts and basic life support skills. It targets outdoor enthusiasts who go on day trips or short adventures. This course results in certification in Wilderness First Aid and Adult CPR.
This course is taught by a qualified and experienced Wilderness Medical Associates instructor who provides high-quality instruction through classroom learning and hands-on application.
The class runs from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. daily at Bear Run Nature Reserve (1478 Mill Run Rd, Mill Run, PA 15464). Keystone Trails Association will provide light snacks (fruit, energy bars, and coffee). Students are responsible for bringing lunch and a reusable water bottle. The classroom has a fridge, microwave, and stove for use as needed. Most of the course will take place outside, so dress for the weather.
