These FREE activities will be available on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last for all museum guests- local community and travelers.
Each event’s theme and activities will correspond with the subject of the simultaneous self-guided hike.
All children must be supervised and accompanied by an adult aged 18 or older the entire time.
Activities will begin and end at the American Gothic House Center (look for signs) and are geared toward elementary aged children in a come-and-go-as-you-please fashion. No preregistration necessary. Check Facebook for any cancellations.
Also ask to check out an educational backpack from the Center’s gift shop May 23rd through September 2nd to supplement the activity! Topics are bugs, birds, and plants.
