This supportive, non-competitive, all-inclusive, three-night (retreat is open to anyone who enjoys being around horses. We will focus on…
• Creating a style of horsemanship that meets you where you are
• Gentle yoga classes with stretches and exercises for riders that focus on strength, flexibility, and balance
• Workshops on equestrian wellness and mindfulness in horsemanship
• Arena sessions to include unmounted and (optional) mounted experiences, such as breathing with horses, mindful leading, and similar exercises
• Relaxed-paced, one-to-one-and-a-half-hour trail rides on gentle and seasoned ranch horses in a beautiful southern setting
• Mindful equine grooming
